Refund and Return Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Hamper. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item, and you must return your Hamper within 14 days from the day you cancelled. In this event, please contact us to let us know you would like to cancel your order, and then return your Hamper to us.

 

All returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If you are a Corporation and you are in this situation, please contact us at Sales@SweetToothHampers.ie for advice. After we have received the goods, a refund will be made to the customer, usually within 14 days of the item arriving back at our warehouse. This cost excludes the cost of delivery.

 

Return costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
